Amanda Schull was a Hawaiian born actress, born 26 August 1978. She is a TV and film actress in the US as well as a specialist in ballet. Amanda Seales formerly Amanda Diva (born in Los Angeles California on July 1st in 1980) is a Comedian and DJ. Moving to Orlando at age 8 and attending Dr. Phillips High School, before going to SUNY Purchase for undergrad then receiving her master's in African American studies with a specialization in hip-hop from Columbia University. Her career began in 1994, on The Nickelodeon series My Brother and Me, on which she was Deonne. In the following years, Amanda Diva became widely acknowledged for her role as one of the MTV2 Sucker Free Sundays hip-hop VJ and was known by all of the public. Amanda Seales was a singer and poet for a while prior to changing her name back in 2011 to Amanda Seales in 2011. The show returned her to TV soon after, and added stand-up comedy on her resume. She is CEO of DivaWorks Inc her production company that performs and creates smart, funny material on stage and screens. She is very involved in helping young women become empowered and removing racial discrimination. Additionally she serves as the ambassador of the island of her maternal grandmother, Grenada.
